I had pizza for breakfast (two slices) and am washing it down with a medium iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts. There is no Dunkin in Australia and definitely no iced coffee (how we know it). When Sean and I were there in March I ordered an iced coffee from some little stand and got a coffee (lukewarm) with a scoop of ice cream on top, somehow the combination of coffee and ice cream wasn't good. So, obviously for my last week in Boston I should stop at D&D every time I am thirsty/bored/tired/stressed/insert adjective.
In addition to getting lots of iced coffee we are using our leaving as an excuse to drink a lot of beer. We learned that beer is VERY expensive in Oz. A six pack of the cheapest beer you can get is about $16 so while we are in the US Sean is splurging on VT micro brews. We stopped at the liquor store yesterday and spent $100 (for a get together) and practically did a victory dance when we looked at our full shopping cart - they are practically giving it away in the US! We would be crazy not to take advantage.
